Rosemary will supply you with some basic paperwork to fill out so she can best serve your individual needs. She will then review your information and personalize the session for you. You will be led to the Healing Room where you can unwind, take a deep breath, and enjoy a world-class massage. You will leave feeling so good that you’ll want to come again soon!

Swedish Massage
Swedish Massage therapy is a very common massage technique, because this complete body massage uses long graceful strokes and is perfect for an all-over relaxing experience! It soothes sore muscles, relieves chronic aches and pains, achieves complete body relaxation, as well as relieves the stress and tension of every day life. In your session, you have the option to choose from non-scented or aromatherapy oils for soothing your body and soul.
Hot Stone Massage
In a hot stone massage, you will experience the soothing heat of moist smooth stones that penetrate into the layers of your tense muscles. Some stones are placed to soften areas while others are combined with hands-on massage. This is an incredible treatment that must be experienced by all! Some say they like it even better than Swedish massage, because the same strokes are used in conjunction with the warming stones. You will be instantly relaxed and restful.
Back, Neck, & Shoulders
This session is designed to focus on your problem areas such as your back neck, and shoulders. Whether you were in an accident or have recurring tension in these areas, this massage will get deep into the muscles!
Extremities & Circulation
Using Swedish and Deep Tissue massage techniques, this soothing tension relieving treatment is TLC for your shoulders to hands and thighs to feet. This session is great for athletes or runners with leg, knee or foot strains/injuries, or office workers with shoulder tension or carpal tunnel syndrome. This is especially good for those who are diabetic and need circulation in their extremities.
